CDMSortedDotCom delivered the CDM Principal Designer (PD) Role to ISG and Sky Retail for the roll out of its UK wide, high street “customer experience” at London’s Westfield Stratford City.

The opening of this flagship Sky store in London coincided with the subsequent roll out of additional sites at some of the country’s busiest retail destinations such as Liverpool One, Trinity Leeds, Metrocentre Gateshead, Buchanan Street, Glasgow, and Sheffield Meadowhall.

Stakeholder management between the Retail Landlord, Client, Principal Contractor and Sub-Contractors was crucial to the successful and safe delivery of multiple sites across the UK, all with rapid construction and fit-out phases during the Corona Virus Pandemic.

Prior to this project, PD services were delivered for the installation of temporary customer experience booths to gauge footfall and consumer uptake.
