CDMSortedDotCom has delivered the Principal Designer (PD) role and Contractor Management for various Residential new build projects in Sussex, working closely with Local Planners, Architects, Developers and Principal Contractors.

Although these projects are ‘Residential’ the CDM Regulations still apply to both the Design and Construction Phase.
